Vicki Wright is an independent consultant specializing in station relations and a 30+ year career in media. She consults for many industry clients, including top program producers, artist management, tour agencies, and also major record label clients Universal, EMI, Sony, Warner Bros, and Disney, as well as local and national program producing stations including WLIW-NY, and others.

Vicki served as former Director of Communications, WFYI- Indianapolis handling media relations, station publicity and special promotions, as well as the creation and development of both local and national award-winning pledge promotions. Vicki was also former Communications Director for WLRN-Miami, before joining PBS in 2004 as a special Consultant to the PBS Fundraising Programming Dept. and in the development of national pledge promotions and tour ticket project initiatives.

Vicki's ever-growing project list of successes includes the original launch of Celtic Woman, as well as others including Barry Manilow, Andre Rieu, Chris Botti, Celtic Thunder, David Garrett, and runaway pledge hit Great Performances Hitman David Foster and Friends.  Vicki is also currently working with Decca and program producers on WNET's  new December pledge special Great Performances: Andrea Bocelli and David Foster, My Christmas.  Current client projects also include Michael Beckwith: The Answer is YOU and David Garrett, among others.

Winner of numerous local and national awards for communications, print, promotions, and special events, including multiple PBS Adv & Promotion Awards, Vicki has also been a frequently invited presenter and panel speaker at both PBS DevCon and NETA Conference.

Vicki is also owner and president of Diamond Special Events, Inc., and founded in 1989, and has created more than 100 promotional, fundraising, and award-winning  special events, and with many being special pledge promotions for public television stations, and also PBS artists and personalities.
